Day 8 - Leigh-Anne

Every day we have different team members in each group which has provided a fantastic opportunity to get to know on another. I’m blown away by the continuity of this group and the ease in which we flow together in such a short period of time. Each member, regardless of age, interacts so beautifully (for the most part :) with one another it's really awesome to witness. Unity is precious. Even in the worksite today we had three little ‘nino’s help us in painting this home in record time. Despite our very obvious language barrier we were able to point and work together to complete the job. There were some obviously hilarious results from this little one pictured here who enjoyed playing and wearing the house paint. He had such a great time!! 

Psalms 117:2 really spoke to me today where it says how “Great is His love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever.” Faithfulness is a word worthy of pausing over and soaking in. Who can really comprehend God’s faithfulness to us? A God who in Isaiah says the heavens are his throne and the earth his footstool…who can really fathom His majesty? Yet this God loves us intentionally beyond comprehension. His love and faithfulness endures forever.
