Youth Summer Camp – Survivor: Trials and Temptations

We will be hosting a week-long youth summer camp from August 2 – 6 (Tuesday – Saturday)! The title for this year’s camp is “Survivor: Trials and Temptations.” Through games, challenges, and biblical teaching, youth will learn how to face the challenges of their lives and how to walk with God and trust in Him. Youth will learn to persevere in their faith, overcome the obstacles that come their way, and prosper in their relationship with Jesus.

Plans for the week:

August 2-4: Day camp at Summit Drive Church from 9:00 am -5:00 pm. Lunch will be provided each day.

August 5: Service project day! Come to the church at 9:00 am and we will be serving our community in some practical ways. More details to be conveyed later. August 5 evening we will then have a sleepover at the church.

August 6: Float down the river in Enderby! After we have breakfast at the church, we will take the youth to Enderby for a fun day to finish off our week!

Who is welcome to come:

Any youth going into Grade 6 all the way up to those who just graduated from Grade 12.

Cost: $50 per person

This includes lunch and snacks each day, gas costs for off-site activities, prizes for winners of events, and a T-shirt for each person who signs up!

When you sign up, please also fill out the attached consent form and email to Pastor Ben or drop off at the church office.
