As the weather turns crisper, and thoughts turn to comfy blankets, hot apple cider, and curling up with a good book, our Annual Book Club is ready to start back up.

The Summit Drive Church Ladies Book Club meets in small groups (5-10 people) around the city to discuss how our Christian faith relates to good literature and other aspects of life. We strive to choose books that challenge our thinking, encourage us in our faith and stimulate discussion. We aim for both fiction and nonfiction choices and try to include one Canadian author.

Each group decides where and when they meet and which books they would like to read (3-5 titles). The books are purchased and then each set is rotated among the groups throughout the year. The fee to participate is $25, and each participant receives one to two books of choice to keep at the end of the year.
