Youth Movie Night

On Oct. 19 (7:00-9:00 pm), we’ll be having a movie night! Sr. Youth and parents are both welcome to join.

We’ll be watching Risen (2016), a movie which follows the epic biblical story of the Resurrection, as told through the eyes of a non-believer. Clavius, a powerful Roman Military Tribune, and his aide Lucius, are tasked with solving the mystery of what happened to Jesus in the weeks following the crucifixion, in order to disprove the rumors of a risen Messiah and prevent an uprising in Jerusalem.

We plan to watch the movie outside (weather-dependent), so bring your sweaters, blankets, and lawn chairs.

Snacks will be provided! And it will be a great time!

Note that there will be another movie option indoors for those who would prefer to watch something else 🙂
