“The Lord is my shepherd” is one of the most recognizable statements in the whole Bible. But what would it mean for us to know the Lord as my Shepherd? We’ll see how the metaphor of God as our Shepherd provides an important picture of his protection, provision, and presence with us. We’ll see how Jesus’ fill-full the hope for a Good Shepherd, who will guide God’s people with true love and care.
